Kaye is a registered supervisor for AIPC and has extensive experience as a counsellor and lecturer. She is a presenter at Griffith University and a frequent presenter at workshops.

She has worked in Mental Health and related areas for over 15 years and has had her own counselling practice, All Care Counselling since 1999.
